How do I link or import wallets to my OpenSea account?

You can link up to ten wallets to one OpenSea account across EVM and Solana blockchains. Linking makes it easy to switch between wallets and view all your NFTs, tokens, and perps under one account. On the mobile app, you can also import a wallet using a private key.

Link a wallet on web

  1. In the top-right corner of the page, click your profile icon and click Link Wallet. You can also go to Settings β†’ Linked Wallets.

  2. Click Link a Wallet and select a wallet provider from the list.

  3. If linking an additional wallet from the same browser extension, switch to the correct wallet in your extension first.

  4. Click Link wallet to account and sign the message to confirm ownership.

Your linked wallets appear on the Linked Wallets page within your settings. Click the three-dot menu next to any wallet to add a private label, edit the wallet profile, change visibility, or unlink it. You can choose which wallets are visible on your public profile. Hidden wallets stay linked to your account, but other users cannot see the connection to your profile. Hidden wallets remain searchable on OpenSea.

When you visit your profile, you can see all the items you own across your linked wallets. Other users can only see links between your public wallets.

Link a wallet on the mobile app

  1. On the Portfolio tab, tap the gear icon in the top-right corner to open Settings.

  2. Tap Your Wallets.

  3. Scroll down and tap Link Wallet.

  4. Select the wallet provider you want to link. The app opens that provider's wallet app so you can connect.

  5. In your external wallet app, approve the connection and sign the message to confirm ownership.

Once linked, the wallet appears in your list on the Your Wallets screen. You can filter your wallets by tapping All, Public, or Private at the top. Tap the three-dot menu next to any wallet to manage its settings.

Import a wallet on the mobile app

You can import an existing wallet into the OpenSea app using a private key. The app automatically detects whether the key belongs to an Ethereum or Solana wallet.

  1. On the Portfolio tab, tap the gear icon to open Settings.

  2. Tap Your Wallets, then scroll down and tap Import Wallet.

  3. Enter or paste your private key.

  4. Once the key is validated, tap Continue to preview the wallet and its balance.

  5. Enter a name for your imported wallet and tap Done.

If you need help finding your private key, tap Find your key on the import screen for step-by-step instructions for MetaMask and Phantom.

A wallet can only be linked to one account at a time. If a wallet is already linked to another account, unlink it from that account first. It is not possible to link multiple email login wallets to the same account, and email login wallets cannot be unlinked.

If you previously used separate wallets as separate OpenSea profiles, you may be prompted to select a username for your unified account the first time you log in. You can pick from an existing wallet username or create a new one.
