How can I mark my collection and item as explicit and sensitive content?
While our platform works to detect explicit and sensitive content, specifically nudity and pornography, it is mandatory as a creator to mark your collection and items as explicit and sensitive. For more information, you can read through our Terms of Service.
You can mark content as explicit and sensitive by clicking the Explicit & sensitive content
toggle on when creating or editing your item or collection.
Once toggled, click Submit changes to mark your item or collection as "explicit & sensitive content."
Explicit and sensitive content, like adult-themed and not safe for work (NSFW) content, is allowed on OpenSea but is meant for users aged 18 years and older.
While our platform works to detect explicit and sensitive content, we appreciate our users taking the time to report anything that may violate our Terms of Service.
You can learn more about reporting content in our help guide, How can I report fraudulent content on OpenSea?
As a next step, our User Safety team will review the content to determine if it violates our Terms of Service and will remove it if so.
Please note that your ticket will be closed after it's resolved, so you may not hear back from us directly. We appreciate your help in making OpenSea a safer marketplace.
