This article provides a list of supported file types and recommended dimensions when you're updating your collection page or setting up your Drop.

Banner image for desktop

Image or 10-second MP4 looping video (no sound)

JPG, PNG, GIF, SVG, MP4 files are supported

8:3 aspect ratio. Minimum 2500px X 1042px recommended

No text or busy visuals on the top 168px of the art (or top 16%) or bottom 336px of the art (or bottom 32%)

Pixel sizes are approximate based on an asset with dimensions of 2500px X 1042px

Banner image for mobile

Image or 10-second MP4 looping video (no sound) (under 4MB)

JPG, PNG, GIF, SVG, MP4 files are supported

3:4 aspect ratio. 1200px X 1500px recommended

No text or busy visuals on top 236px (or top 16%) and bottom 580px (or bottom 38%)

PNG file

1:1 aspect ratio. Minimum 240px X 240px

Item preview images

Minimum of 1 image; up to 4 images

JPG, PNG, GIF, SVG, MP4 files are supported

1:1 aspect ratio. Minimum 1000px X 1000px recommended

Additional media: images and videos (optional)

JPG, PNG, GIF, SVG, MP4 files are supported

Desktop: 12:5 aspect ratio. Minimum 2500px X 1042px recommended

Mobile: desktop image gets centered cropped to 4:5 aspect ratio (833px X 1042px)

Description no longer than 400 characters

For video, MP4 file should not be larger than 100MB

Team member images

JPG, PNG, GIF, SVG files are supported

1:1 aspect ratio circular

Minimum width 200px recommended

Timeline/roadmap images

JPG, PNG, GIF, SVG files are supported

Pre-Reveal image

File no larger than 100MB

JPG, PNG, SVG or GIF files are supported

Recommended size: 1:1 aspect ratio. 1000px x 1000px

Freeform Carousel

Aspect ratio: 16:9 (1592px x 896px)
