1. Sponsor
Ozone Networks, Inc. (d/b/a OpenSea), 66 W Flagler Street, Suite 929, Miami, FL 33130 ("Sponsor" or "OpenSea").
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open to individuals worldwide who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry, except residents of countries or regions subject to comprehensive sanctions. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entrants are solely responsible for determining whether participation is lawful in their jurisdiction.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members are not eligible to participate.
Sellers that are party to a paid listing-incentive or market-making agreement with Sponsor are not eligible to win.
3. Contest Period
The Contest begins on September 23, 2026 at 1pm ET and ends on September 28, 2026 at 12pm ET (the "Contest Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, during the Contest Period, list a collectible NFT for sale on OpenSea at a price within five percent (5%) of its estimated value as displayed on OpenSea at the time of listing. To qualify as an entry, the listing must remain live and within that price range for at least twenty-four (24) consecutive hours, or the item must sell within that window.
Each eligible asset generates one (1) entry regardless of how many times it is listed or relisted, and an asset that sells counts as only one (1) entry. Entrants are responsible for any blockchain network (gas) fees associated with listing.
Estimated values displayed on OpenSea are algorithmic approximations derived from third-party data sources. They are not appraisals, price recommendations, or financial advice, and Sponsor makes no representation or guarantee as to their accuracy.
Alternative Method of Entry: email [email protected] during the Contest Period with your full name and the email address associated with your OpenSea account, with the subject line ‘Collectibles Contest Entry’. Limit one (1) alternative-method entry per person. Entries received through the alternative method of entry have an equal chance of winning as listing-based entries.
5. Entry Requirements and Content Guidelines
By entering, you represent and warrant that:
You own, and your wallet holds, each NFT listed for entry;
Each listing is a bona fide offer to sell the listed item at the listed price;
You have not engaged in manipulative or bad-faith transactions to generate, qualify, or inflate entries, including purchases of your own listed items (directly or through another wallet or account you own or control), transfers of assets between wallets you own or control, coordinated buy-and-relist activity with others, transactions intended to influence an item’s estimated value, or entering under multiple identities or wallets to circumvent entry limits; and
You consent to Sponsor’s use of your OpenSea username in winner announcements.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these requirements.
6. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Entries submitted through the free alternative method of entry have the same odds of winning as listing-based entries.
7. Prizes
Five (5) winner(s) will be selected and awarded the following prizes:

Total ARV of all prizes: $1786.
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be provided, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes on prizes. Winners will receive their NFT prize via transfer to a wallet address they provide to Sponsor.
Prize values are stated in U.S. dollars and represent Sponsor’s good-faith estimate of approximate retail value at the time these rules are published. NFTs may fluctuate in value; Sponsor makes no representation or guarantee regarding the current or future value of any prize.
8. Winner Notification
Winners will be selected by random drawing on or about September 28, 2026 at 5pm ET from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Prizes will be delivered directly to the wallet associated with the winning entry.
Prize awards are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with applicable law and with the entry requirements in Section 5. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any potential winner who cannot be verified and to select an alternate winner.
9. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with (a) your participation in the Contest, (b) acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, or (c) any breach of these Official Rules.
Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, garbled, or incomplete entries; (ii) any technical malfunctions of the OpenSea platform, any blockchain network, or any other platform; (iii) any errors or inaccuracies in the administration of the Contest; or (iv) any injury or damage to any person’s device related to or resulting from participation in the Contest.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected from entrants will be used by Sponsor for the purpose of administering the Contest and as otherwise described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (https://opensea.io/privacy). By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described herein and in the Privacy Policy.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest if it becomes technically corrupted or if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Disputes
By entering this Contest, you agree to OpenSea’s Terms of Service (https://opensea.io/tos), which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and the Terms of Service, these Official Rules shall control to the extent of the conflict. All disputes arising out of or relating to this Contest shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in the Terms of Service.
