Not right now. OpenSea Studio supports Ethereum and other EVM chains, so you cannot create, mint, deploy, or drop a Solana NFT or collection using OpenSea.
What you can do with a Solana NFT you already own is list it, purchase one from someone else, make an item offer, make a collection offer, and cancel any of those at any time, as long as its collection is one of the collections OpenSea covers today.
