You can set an NFT as your profile picture on the OpenSea app. Only NFTs from badged (verified) collections can be used, and they will display with a hexagon frame.
Tap the gear icon to open Settings, then tap Profile.
Tap Edit Profile, then tap your current profile picture.
Select Choose from Your NFTs. You can search or sort by value or recent.
Select the NFT you want to use, then tap Set as Profile Picture.
Your profile picture will update across OpenSea. You can also set an NFT as your profile picture directly from the item detail page by tapping the more options menu and selecting Set as Profile Picture.
If the NFT is in a private wallet, it will not display with the hexagon frame. To remove an NFT profile picture, go back to Edit Profile, tap your profile picture, and select Remove Item Profile Picture.
