You can invite friends to the OpenSea app by sharing your referral codes. While there is a waitlist, a referral code gives someone immediate access without waiting.
Share your referral codes
On the Portfolio screen, tap the ticket icon in the top-right corner.
On the Referrals screen, find an available code. Each code shows how many uses remain.
Tap Copy to copy the code to your clipboard, or tap Share to send it to a friend.
Once someone uses your code, their name appears next to the code.
Enter a referral code during signup
Open the OpenSea app and complete the email sign-in steps. If a waitlist screen appears, tap I have early access.
On the Referral Code screen, paste the 6-character code. The code is submitted automatically once all characters are entered.
If the code is valid, you continue to the next step in setup. If you see an error, double-check the code and try again.
A referral code must be exactly 6 characters using only letters and numbers. You cannot use your own code. Each code has a limited number of uses, so it may have already reached its limit.
