Features described in this article may be released as part of a phased rollout and may not be available to all users.
If you're already logged in to OpenSea on the web, you can log in to the OpenSea mobile app by scanning a QR code from your computer.
On your computer, go to opensea.io/mobile in your web browser. You can also click your profile icon on opensea.io and select Pair Mobile. Make sure you are logged in — a QR code will appear on screen.
On your phone, open the OpenSea app and tap Login from Web on the welcome screen. If you are already logged in to the app, use your phone's built-in camera to scan the QR code instead — the link will open the app automatically.
Point your camera at the QR code on your computer screen.
On your computer, you will see the login request with the device name, location, and IP address. A confirmation code will appear — verify it matches the code shown on your phone.
Click Approve on your computer to authorize the connection, or click Deny to reject it.
You will be asked to confirm your email on the app by entering a 6-digit verification code. Once confirmed, your mobile app is connected to the same account as your desktop.
If the app detects you are already logged in to a different account, you will see a Switch Account? prompt. Tap Switch Account to continue, or tap Cancel to keep your current session.
If the system detects that your web and mobile accounts are separate, you may see Multiple Accounts Detected. This lets you merge both accounts into one, with all wallets linked together. If both accounts have usernames, you will choose which one to keep. Tap Merge Accounts to proceed.
If the QR code has expired, refresh the page at opensea.io/mobile or reopen the Pair Mobile option to generate a new one. If you see Invalid QR Code, make sure you are scanning the code from opensea.io. If your camera is not working, check that the OpenSea app has camera permission in your phone's settings.
