How do I use the Stats tabs on OpenSea?

Updated this week

The Stats tabs on OpenSea (NFTs and Tokens) enable you to discover the Top and Trending NFTs and tokens across chains and categories. They offer ways to see what’s moving quickly in web3, and discover up-and-coming projects.

You can filter by category, chain, floor price, top offer, and time frame.

Newly created tokens are discoverable by searching the contract address, but may not otherwise appear in search or on the token stats pages.

NFT Filters

In the NFT view, you can filter by category, chain, floor price (in ETH equivalent), or top offer (in WETH equivalent).

Token Filters

In the token view, you can filter by category, chain, market cap (total value of all the tokens associated with a particular smart contract), and “has NFT” (whether the token has an associated NFT collection).

Before buying or swapping tokens or NFTs, it’s important to always do your research to make sure what you’re buying or swapping is authentic.

Even if an NFT collection appears to have a lot of buying and selling activity, it’s a good idea to review connected social media accounts and the collection’s website before you make a purchase to make an informed decision.

Top

Top NFT collections and tokens are ranked based on cumulative metrics like total volume and sales over a given time period. Volume on OpenSea takes into account SeaDrop minting volume and secondary sales.

Trending

Trending NFT collections and tokens are ranked based on recent spikes in activity as well as sustained activity over a given time period.
